GRN Interested in virtual cells, gene regulation, and interpretable biological AI
2025 Started doctoral study at Westlake University after graduating from Shandong University

Profile

About

I am currently studying Biology at Westlake University and working across computational and experimental life-science settings. My training bridges algorithmic thinking and biological questions, especially where large-scale omics data can inform cell-state understanding.

Before starting my PhD, I completed dual undergraduate training at Shandong University in Life Sciences and Computer Science and Technology. I am especially motivated by problems where AI can help build mechanistic and testable models for living systems.
